I caught a whiff of curry to day and had to have some for tea. With only and hour from hometime to teatime I was in a bit of a rush. Luckily I had a few goodies in the cupboard including some Tika Masala sauce. Along with an onion, potato, kumara and some chopped up chicken (already shredded- I hate touching raw meat), I threw in the sauce, some masman curry paste, garlic pickle and a tin of tomatoes. Bubble, bubble, toil and trouble (actually none- it was incredible simple) and it was done. Served up with the all-important basmati rice it was delicious!
